Lightbox Demos

The version of lightbox I am running is a modified version of mediaboxadvanced which was created by iaian7.

Based on Lightbox, Slimbox, and the Mootools javascript library, mediaboxAdvancedis a modal overlay that can handle images, videos, animations, social video sites, twitter media links, inline elements, and external pages with ease.

Below are some of my examples of what lightbox is capable of. The video players do require Flash as it is pretty much the king of video on the internet. Get over it! And, that is how the lightbox has been modified... Way better video and audio players!

  • HTML5 Example - To demo effect, right click the link above and choose open in new window. Then, after the URL, type ?detectFlash=false to see what happens when a user doesnt have flash installed. Type ?mobile=iPad, ?mobile=Android, ?mobile=Windows, etc... to see the mobile browser effects.
